The MOSAICO consortium recently concluded its 3rd Consortium Meeting in Athens, marking a decisive step in the project’s journey. Hosted by Netcompany-Intrasoft, these two days provided a vital platform for cross-Work Packages and technical stress-testing.
A comprehensive technical review
The assembly kicked off with a 360-degree review of the project’s foundations. With all partners present, the first day was dedicated to synchronising the various work streams to ensure technical and ethical consistency:
- Infrastructure & Development: Deep dives into the AI-agent server protocol (WP1) and the AI agents repository (WP2) allowed the team to align the technical roadmap for the upcoming months.
- Responsibility & Impact: The consortium engaged in a series of productive sessions focused on Ethics requirements (WP10), ensuring the AI framework remains responsible, alongside an Exploitation workshop designed to bridge the gap between research and market impact.
- Visibility: Strategic planning for Communication and Open-Source activities rounded out the day, focusing on how MOSAICO will engage with the broader developer community.

Hands-on integration: testing the SysML v2 workflow
The second day shifted from high-level strategy to “hands-on” validation, focusing on the practical governance of AI agent communities.
The morning started with a brainstorming session on AI community governance and supervision (WP4). The goal was clear: defining the mechanisms required to manage AI agents reliably within a professional software ecosystem.
The highlight of the event was the internal integration workshop. Coordinated by the IMT Atlantique team, this session moved beyond theory:
- Partners got hands-on with workflow modeling using SysML v2.
- This live “stress test” was crucial to verify that the proposed modeling language is intuitive for all users.
- The team worked to ensure the framework covers a wide range of real-world use cases, from initial design to final implementation.

Looking ahead
Meeting face-to-face in Athens allowed for the kind of complex technical alignment that only direct collaboration can achieve. The consortium leaves Greece with solid progress, a validated modeling approach, and a clear roadmap for the next phase of the project.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our partners from Netcompany-Intrasoft for their warm welcome and for hosting such a productive meeting!
