MOSAICO proudly took part in the European Big Data Value Forum (EBDVF 2025), held this year in Copenhagen, one of Europe’s most influential events on data, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.
Organised by the Big Data Value Association (BDVA) in collaboration with the European Commission, EBDVF gathers key actors shaping the future of Europe’s data-driven innovation landscape.

Highlights

Throughout Day 1 of the Forum, MOSAICO was showcased at the F6S Innovation booth, where the team engaged with researchers, companies, and policymakers eager to understand how AI is transforming software development.

Visitors discovered how MOSAICO is building a radically new model for software engineering, one where AI agents collaborate transparently and ethically with human developers, improving both productivity and software quality.

MOSAICO presented its core innovations, including:

  • A repository of AI agents tailored to software engineering tasks, searchable by capabilities.
  • Quality-driven benchmarking, enabling developers to rely on measurable performance rather than guesswork.
  • A collaborative ecosystem where humans and AI agents work together to accelerate development cycles.
  • A commitment to trust, transparency, and responsible AI across the full development workflow.

The project drew strong interest from organisations seeking practical, trustworthy AI tools to support software teams, confirming the growing demand for evidence-based, developer-centric AI.

Why EBDVF matters for MOSAICO

EBDVF is widely recognised as a strategic hub for Europe’s data and AI community.
The 2025 edition brought together:

  • policymakers from the European Commission,
  • leaders from the AI, data, and cloud ecosystems,
  • research institutions and technical experts,
  • and companies exploring the next generation of digital technologies.

For MOSAICO, the Forum provided:

  • a high-visibility platform to present its approach to collaborative AI in software engineering,
  • opportunities to connect with potential adopters and researchers,
  • and alignment with EU priorities on trustworthy, transparent, and open AI technologies.

The discussions confirmed that Europe is moving toward AI systems that enhance human work—precisely the direction MOSAICO is pioneering.

Part of a wider innovation ecosystem

Alongside MOSAICO, the F6S booth also featured several complementary AI and data initiatives, showcasing the organisation’s commitment to strengthening Europe’s digital capabilities.
These included AI BOOST, NexusForum.EU, NOUS, and DS4Skills, projects aligned with Europe’s vision for data spaces, cloud-edge-HPC integration, and advanced AI adoption.

Together, they demonstrated how European-funded projects are building a coherent ecosystem where data, cloud, and AI technologies converge!
